In an increasingly digital world, YSDO is bridging the digital divide by offering youth access to cutting-edge training in freelancing, coding, e-commerce, and digital literacy. Through two dedicated Youth Tech Hubs in Dhusamareb and Galkacyo, as well as mobile training for rural communities, the organization is creating new economic pathways.
These programs are especially inclusive of young women, ensuring that digital transformation is accessible and equitable. Supported by partners like GIZ, Spark, and the EU Trust Fund, YSDO’s Digital Youth Empowerment Lab (DYEL) initiative has already transformed the lives of 1,000 youth — preparing them for the digital economy of tomorrow.
