YSDO helps vulnerable groups rebuild their lives through skills-based solutions. Our programs serve returnees, IDPs, and ex-combatants with vocational training paired with psychosocial support. We focus on both immediate economic needs and long-term social cohesion.
Environmental sustainability is integrated throughout our initiatives, with green skills training in solar energy and resource management. These efforts not only create jobs but also strengthen community resilience against climate challenges.
